Configurator for Shopify
A 3D configurator added to a Shopify product page through a script and an element in the theme.
On Shopify, a 3D configurator or viewer is added through a small script loaded on the product template and an element placed where the gallery is. The models live on the vendor's content delivery network, so nothing large enters the theme, and the configurator reads the product's variants and prices from the store.
The same pattern works on Shopware, Magento, WooCommerce and most custom storefronts, which is why a vendor's platform list matters less than the quality of the model. What differs by platform is how variants map to the configurator's options, and how the chosen combination reaches the cart.
Shopify's own 3D support handles a single GLB per product for AR; a configurator with fabrics, modules and pricing needs the script route.
