About these terms
These terms govern your use of the websites operated by CharpstAR AB (org. nr 559094-7395, Sweden) at charpstar.se, charpstar.com and charpstar.co, together with the 3D and WebAR content we publish on them. In these terms, "we", "us" and "CharpstAR" mean CharpstAR AB, and "you" means the person or organisation using the site.
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
If you are a CharpstAR client, these terms apply alongside your service agreement. Where the two conflict, your signed agreement takes precedence.
Using this website
You may browse this site, view our 3D and AR demonstrations, and contact us about our services. In doing so, you agree not to:
- use the site in any way that breaks applicable law or infringes anyone's rights;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any connected system;
- interfere with the normal operation of the site, including by introducing malware or by placing unreasonable load on it;
- scrape, harvest or bulk-download our 3D assets, renders or other content except through interfaces we provide for that purpose; or
- submit false information through our forms, or use them to send unsolicited commercial messages.
We may suspend or restrict access to the site, in whole or in part, where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, CharpstAR and its licensors own the intellectual property rights in this website and in the material published on it, including its text, layout, graphics, code, 3D models, renders and AR experiences. All rights are reserved.
You may view this material and print or download extracts for your own reference or to evaluate our services. You may not, without our written permission:
- republish, redistribute or publicly display our material;
- sell, rent or sub-license it;
- reproduce, duplicate, copy or create derivative works from our 3D assets; or
- use our name, logo or other branding in a way that suggests a partnership or endorsement that does not exist.
3D models, AR experiences and client content
The models shown on this site are demonstrations. Some were produced for clients and are shown with their agreement; the products depicted, and the trade marks associated with them, belong to those clients. Nothing here transfers any right in them to you.
Where we produce assets under a client agreement, ownership and licensing of those assets are governed by that agreement rather than by this page.
3D and AR content is a representation of a physical product. We work to make our models accurate, but colour, scale, texture and finish can appear differently across devices, screens and lighting conditions. A 3D or AR view should not be treated as an exact reproduction, and purchasing decisions made on a retailer's site are between you and that retailer.
Services, pricing and quotes
Prices, packages and feature lists shown on this website, including on our pricing page, are indicative and are provided for general information. They do not constitute a binding offer.
Package contents, volumes, minimum commitments, binding periods and fees are agreed in writing between us and each client. A binding agreement arises only when we and the client have both signed, or otherwise expressly accepted, a written proposal. We may change our published pricing and packages at any time; changes do not affect agreements already in place.
Requesting a demo through this website places you under no obligation and costs nothing.
Availability and changes to the site
We aim to keep this website and the content hosted on it available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site, including demonstrations and hosted 3D content, without notice. Service levels for client-facing hosting are set out in the relevant service agreement, not here.
Third-party sites and content
This site links to, and loads content from, third-party services, including our clients' websites and our own asset and analytics providers. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. A link is not an endorsement. When you leave our site, the terms and privacy policy of the destination apply.
Linking to us
You may link to our home page or to individual pages, provided the link:
- is not deceptive;
- does not imply sponsorship, endorsement or approval that has not been given; and
- does not place our content within frames or otherwise alter how it appears.
Use of our logo or other artwork in a link requires our written permission. We may ask you to remove a link to our site, and we ask that you do so promptly.

Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes arising from them fall to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts, with the District Court of Stockholm (Stockholms tingsrätt) as the court of first instance. If you use the site as a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory law in your country of residence.
